Qalam AI is an unregistered individual business owned and operated by Manjesh Kumar, operating from S/O Surendra Kumar, Gram Induli, Post Bhithadan, Bhitha Dan, Hardoi, Aihrori, Uttar Pradesh 241121, India. We sell digital knowledge products and provide consulting services to professionals and businesses.

Qalam AI does not currently hold formal business registration (such as GST, MSME/Udyam, or a registered company/proprietorship). It is operated as an individual, on the strength of Manjesh Kumar's own accountability for orders, refunds, and support.

We offer the following:

• Digital Products: E-books, guides, research reports, toolkits, templates, and professional frameworks delivered electronically
• Consulting Services: Strategy sessions, advisory retainers, and project-based engagements as described on our Consulting page

All digital products are provided for personal, professional use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial reproduction without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• The information you provide (name, email, address, UPI reference) is accurate and complete
• You have the authorisation to use the UPI account from which payment is made

Payment process: We accept payments via UPI only. After placing an order, you must transfer the total amount to our UPI ID and submit your UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number. Orders remain in "Pending" status until payment is verified by our team. Verification typically occurs within 2–4 business hours.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Upon successful payment verification, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link for your purchased digital product(s). This link will be made available through your order confirmation page.

Download links expire after a defined period for security purposes. If your link has expired, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a replacement.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

All content sold or published by Qalam AI — including digital books, guides, frameworks, templates, and reports — is our intellectual property or is used with appropriate authorisation. All rights are reserved.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any purchased content without written permission
• Sell or sublicense purchased digital products to third parties
• Remove copyright notices, author attributions, or branding from any product file
• Use our brand name, logo, or content for commercial purposes without written consent

Personal and internal professional use is permitted within the scope of your purchase.

Consulting services are governed by the scope agreed upon prior to the engagement. By proceeding with payment for a consulting package, you agree to:

• The scope and deliverables as communicated in writing before engagement
• Scheduled session times confirmed via email
• Confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during sessions

We provide consulting advice and strategic recommendations in good faith based on the information available. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made on the basis of our advice.

Qalam AI is an unregistered individual business and does not currently hold GST registration. As a result, no GST is added to prices at checkout, and receipts issued do not carry a GSTIN or function as tax invoices. If you require a formal GST invoice for business expense or input tax credit purposes, this service is not able to provide one at this time.

Prices displayed on our website are the final prices you pay — no additional tax is added at checkout.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your own jurisdiction arising from this purchase.

Qalam AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to: business loss, lost profits, data loss, or interruption of operations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Prices may change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
